“FHA Loan Utah,” the “Site,” “we,” “us” or “our.”
FHA Loan Utah provides mortgage education and inquiry tools for
Victor Emmel, Mortgage Loan Officer, NMLS #133605, operating under
Coast2Coast Mortgage, LLC, NMLS #376205.
This policy applies to information collected through the Site and
Site-connected forms, surveys and scheduling tools. A separate
secure mortgage application, lender portal or third-party service
may provide its own privacy notice and terms.

privacy law and the applicable Coast2Coast Mortgage privacy

Text messaging and mobile information
If you separately consent to receive text messages, messages may
include responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders,
requested information, loan-related updates or marketing messages
associated with the specific consent you provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text
HELP for assistance or reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent
to text messaging is not a condition of purchasing any property,
product or service.
Transactional and marketing text-message consent choices are
maintained separately when required. Opt-in boxes should not be
preselected and should remain optional.
Mobile-information non-sharing notice:
No mobile information will be shared with third
parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such
as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories
exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this
information will not be shared with any third parties.
