Nonpublic personal financial information associated with a mortgage application may also be governed by federal financial privacy law and the applicable Coast2Coast Mortgage privacy notices.

06

Text messaging and mobile information

If you separately consent to receive text messages, messages may include responses to your inquiry, appointment reminders, requested information, loan-related updates or marketing messages associated with the specific consent you provided.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance or reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchasing any property, product or service.

Transactional and marketing text-message consent choices are maintained separately when required. Opt-in boxes should not be preselected and should remain optional.

Mobile-information non-sharing notice:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

07

Cookies, analytics and browser controls

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to provide essential functionality, remember preferences, measure website performance, understand Site usage and protect against fraud or abuse.

Depending on the Site configuration, these technologies may be provided by website hosting, analytics, form, scheduling, security or embedded-content providers.

You may be able to manage nonessential cookies through the Site’s cookie-consent tool or through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect Site features, embedded forms, calculators or scheduling tools.

Because browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not governed by a single uniform standard, the Site may not respond to every Do Not Track signal. Where legally required and technically supported, we will honor applicable opt-out preference signals.

08

Information security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse. However, no website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Sensitive mortgage documents should be submitted only through an approved secure application or document portal—not through general website forms, standard email or text message.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with mortgage, licensing, financial, tax, recordkeeping and other legal obligations.

09
